Community Development Planner III | St. Louis, MO

Description

Duties for the Community Development Planner III include leading a team to plan with residents the future of their neighborhoods by assisting with policies, regulations, and programs pertaining to land uses that support housing, education, health, safety and sustainability; and coordinating and participating in the writing, map making and analysis of planning issues and concerns affecting neighborhood organizations and individuals.

Job Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in City Planning, Community Development, Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, Architecture, or a related field; plus three years of professional urban planning experience. OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

License: Must possess and maintain a valid Missouri driver’s license while employed by the City of St. Louis. Must possess a valid driver’s license at the time of filing application and be able to present it upon request. Salary & Benefits

Minimum: $50,726.00
Maximum: $79,482.00
