
Historic Preservation as an Economic Driver

Historic Preservation’s economic impact is often overlooked. Not only can it increase property values as it preserves historic buildings and revitalizes neighborhoods, but it can also increase tourism in an area and foster local businesses. This event will explore the many facets of historic preservation from economic development programs, place making, and building construction, which supports economic growth, spur more investments, and enhance quality of life.
