Customer Service for Planning Departments

This webinar on customer service will be led by Paul Zucker, FAICP, and is part of his webinar series The Complete Management Course for Planning Directors. The focus of this webinar will be on strategy, systems, techniques and people in the context of customer service.
As President of Zucker Systems, Paul Zucker, FAICP, (aka The Management Doctor) is heavily involved in all aspects of Zucker Systems studies. Mr. Zucker has a unique background as a former Planning Director for Brookline, Massachusetts; Marin County, California; and Tucson, Arizona. He also served as Assistant County Administrative Officer and Planning, Environment, Building and Transportation Official for the County of San Diego, California. He trains managers throughout the United States and Canada to run more effective and efficient community development organizations.
